As show time gets closer I continue to make adjustments to “the little things” in my diet. This week has been —-no protein pancakes or waffles. If the extra egg white isn’t in the plan then it’s not getting used. So just having protein powder with whatever the paper says. Also, being more critical of the types of protein I use… I LOVE anything that tastes like it’s bad for you 😏 #fatkidatheart The Core- fetti cake batter, Red Velvet Cake Batter, and Pro7 Caramel Pretzel have been my lifeline this year..protein cakes, cookies, brownies, waffles, etc… After comparing them side by side, only the best will be included these last few weeks (at least til all shakes are gone..)
Which one would you choose if you knew it always comes down to the smallest things?
For me it was easy… Pro7 Caramel Pretzel—- less saturated fat, fewer carbs, no sugar, less sodium &more protein
